The Simply Lovely Lingerie Story

The first Simply Lovely Lingerie store was opened in Hanover, Ontario on April 28, 1998, by owner Jo Ann Switzer. In November, 1999, JoAnn opened her second location on the east end of Ontario Street in Stratford. The Hanover store was closed in May of 2009.

The Stratford store was relocated to it’s current spot in the downtown historic district in February 2005. With more of a boutique look it blends well with the other wonderful shops on Downie Street and is close to the Avon Theatre and downtown tourist area. We stock thousands of items and offer in-house services such as gift wrapping, online shopping and gift certificates. We also carry swimwear and beach cover-ups all year round for the convenience of winter vacationers. And as always, we are the place to find help and answers about well-fitting bras! At Simply Lovely, every day is a bra fitting day.

This shop is open Sundays year ’round (except long weekends.) Kathleen & Susan are there to greet customers and help them with their Simply Lovely shopping experience.
